Contact
There is no contact form on purpose: a form would require a server to receive and store what you write, and this site is built so that nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Reporting a bug
The fastest way to get a formatting or validation bug fixed is to include:
- The smallest input that reproduces it. A few lines is usually enough; trim anything unrelated.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Which tool and action you used — for example, the XML formatter with 4-space indentation.
- Your browser and operating system, if the problem looks like a display or keyboard issue.
Please redact anything confidential before sending. Since validators deal with real documents, a synthetic example that triggers the same behaviour is just as useful as the original file.
Suggestions and corrections
If something in the documentation is inaccurate — especially the claims about which whitespace is preserved — please say so. Correct documentation matters more here than almost anywhere else, because the whole point of these tools is that you can predict exactly what they will do to your data.
